And she has an interesting perspective being that she is a rape survivor—when she was 19 and working at a shoe store, the store was robbed and she was attacked. Suing The Other Woman: Everyone Is Doing It!
NBA superstar Dwyane Wade and his wife, Siohvaughn Wade, are in the midst of a nasty divorce because Dwyane was cheating with actress Gabrielle Union. Siohvaughn is one angry chick and is filing a lawsuit claiming that Union “engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane Wade” in front of the Wades’ two sons, ages 8 and 10. The lawsuit alleges that the affair caused one of the kids so much anxiety that he started losing his hair and is now getting court-ordered mental evaluations. Dwyane’s rep called these claims “baseless and meritless.”
I don’t know about you, but it sure seems to me that Siohvaughn is doing this just to give Union a hard time. And as it turns out, many states have legal means to get back at the other woman. Keep reading »
Dwyane Wade’s Wife Files Baseless Lawsuit Against Gabrielle Union
The estranged wife of NBA basketball player Dwyane Wade is suing his current girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union, for emotional distress on behalf of the Wades’ sons. Siohvaughn Wade claims Gabrielle engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane in front of their 8-year-old and 2-year-old sons. Her $50,000 lawsuit, which was filed in Chicago, also claims that Dwyane formally introduced Gabrielle to their sons as his “girlfriend” and said “that is why your mom and I are going to divorce.” The suit says the oldest child has been treated for anxiety and stress, suffers from headaches, has developed nervous habits, and is so anxious his hair is balding in spots. In addition, the suit claims that Dwyane and Gabrielle have put the children in dangerous situations.
This suit sounds like the legal way of effing with the other woman. And I think Siohvaughn and Dwyane are to blame for how their sons are dealing with the end of their marriage. [Chicago Sun-Times] Keep reading »
