Zac Efron And Breckin Meyer Mock Perez Hilton

In response to his debacle with Perez Hilton in Toronto after the Much Music Awards, Will.i.am created a video to defend himself. Of course, Perez Hilton wanted to have the last word, so he posted a video response. The people over at Funny Or Die couldn’t resist taking advantage of the fact that it’s pretty impossible to watch the 11-minute narrative while keeping a straight face. Above is their parody, featuring Breckin Meyer with a quick appearance by Zac Efron. [I wonder how Perez felt about that. He has a crush on Zac! -- Editor] Breckin, where you been since “Clueless?” Keep reading »

Zach Galifianakis Interviews Jon Hamm On Funny Or Die

This is a scream. Zach Galifianakis, who is as funny as he is hirsute, interviews “Mad Men”‘s Jon Hamm, who is my future husband, on “Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis” on Funny or Die. The results are dead-pan hilarious. My favorite part is when Galifianakis asks Hamm if his middle name is Honey-baked, and if he’s ever thought about changing his last name to Sausage. I nominate this one for funniest online video of 2008. [Buzzfeed] Keep reading »

Who IS James Franco, Anyway?

He’s sexy enough to play James Dean, funny enough to host “Saturday Night Live,” bad enough to play a classic comic book villain, sophisticated enough to be the face of Gucci pour Homme, and brave enough to go gay — twice. James Franco is more than just a pretty face, he’s the kind of actor that at 30 has already earned the respect and admiration of his peers. Ask anyone, from Tinseltown to his hometown: To know James Franco is to love him. In his latest movie, “Milk,” the story of gay activist and San Francisco city supervisor Harvey Milk, he stars alongside Emile Hirsch and Sean Penn. The flick opened over Thanksgiving weekend, and it already has major Oscar buzz. In it, Franco plays, as he says, “the supporting wife” role, Milk’s lover, Scott Smith. It’s a bold move, but James Franco isn’t your average actor. Here’s what we found out about the man behind all those legends. Keep reading »

James Franco: Funny Bone

We just can’t get enough of James Franco! And surprisingly enough, we want the recent Daily Hotness stud for more than just his body — we actually love the James Dean look-a-like for his mind too. Sure his smarts and self-depreciating humor are like icing on a cake (umm, a delicious, super talented cake filled with good looks and and big screen street cred), but we’ve been loving the short films that Franco made with his brother on Funny or Die. In the above web-isode, produced by Pinapple ExpressJudd Apatow, James teaches his brother Dave to cry on camera by drawing on a memory of his first pet, a cat who was put to sleep. And check out just how great his genes are in this response tape by his equally adorable and hilarious mom. Keep reading »

Paris For President: Hilton On McCain, Obama, & Her Own Energy Policy

We hate to say it, but Paris Hilton just cracked us up. The heiress responded to John McCain’s recent Barack Obama attack ad — which compared the Democrat’s popularity to that of celebrities like Hilton and Britney Spears — with the help of the hilarious crew at Funny Or Die. We know she can’t take credit for the genius writing, but her delivery is pretty spot-on. Nicely done, bitch! Keep reading »
