Just weeks after her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, was killed in a freak car accident and a month after filing for divorce from Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag is stepping forward to talk about how unhappy she is with her plastic surgery and how the extreme procedures ruined her marriage. Among some of the indignities she’s sharing—apparently Spencer had to pull her underwear and pants down in order for her to go to the bathroom.

Lots Of Obvious Plastic Surgery At Last Night’s Vigil For Dr. Frank Ryan

Yesterday, we told you that Dr. Frank Ryan—the plastic surgeon who infamously gave Heidi Montag 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day and called her a hero for going through with it—died in a car crash. New reports say that he was Tweeting about his dog, Jill, when he veered off the Pacific Coast Highway and went off a cliff. It’s a very strange case and incredibly sad for anyone to die young.

Last night, a candlelight vigil was held for Dr. Ryan. Not to speak ill of the dead or anything, but I couldn’t help but notice that many of the celebrities who spoke were ones with notoriously over-the-top plastic surgery—Janice Dickinson, Lisa Rinna, and Melissa Rivers. Heidi Montag’s Back-Scooping Plastic Surgeon Dead In Car Wreck

The plastic surgeon responsible for Heidi Montag‘s multitude of physical transformations — including her massive breast implants and her scooped back — has died in a car accident. According to police, Dr. Frank Ryan‘s Jeep went over the side of California’s Pacific Coast Highway yesterday afternoon. Ryan, 50, suffered major head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
