A lot of my guy friends ride bikes, which is great. Biking helps you get places and is a good exercise, but they better be careful, because it might hurt their manly parts. According to a piece in BJU International, which sounds like it could be an oral sex publication but is in fact a medical one, biking can cause problems such as genital numbness, erection problems, and other issues in that precious area. Regular cyclists, mountain bikers in particular, also run a higher risk of testicular damage and impaired testicular function.
