We’re fans of most of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s forays into fashion. The Row makes us drool, Elizabeth & James consistently offers cool stuff at not-horrific prices, and we’ve even come to appreciate Mary-Kate’s particular brand of boho/hobo chic. Even so, we can’t get behind the glasses they’re launching in November. They look like the ugly child of Coke bottle glasses and aviators, and we can’t imagine them having many friends on the playground. The lenses are too light, the frames are super heavy, and the shape of the aviators is just a touch off. We’re not in love with the cat-eye style either, but we can see them looking decent and appropriately retro with the right outfit and face. Thoughts? [Elle UK] Keep reading »
