Breaking news: Tiger Woods, his wife and his mistress might all actually be 8th graders. They’re sure acting like it!
Sources tell The Daily Beast that right before The National Enquirer printed a story about Woods’ affair with Rachel Uchitel, he warned Elin Nordegren about the story and put her on the phone with Uchitel, assuming she could convince his wife that there was no affair. Their cover story, apparently, was that Woods and Uchitel had only met once or twice on social occasions. (Buddy, when your wife believes your mistress’s word before she believes your word, you have problems.) Nordegren allegedly once spoke on the phone with Uchitel for half an hour, but didn’t completely believe the hooey that their relationship was platonic. Sources say that the couple bickered about an alleged affair on Thanksgiving night until Woods allegedly got tired of bickering and popped an Ambien to fall asleep. Keep reading »
What did you get for the holidays this year? Chances are, your gifts weren’t much compared to what Elin Nordegren found in her stocking. Supposedly, Tiger put a check for $300 million smackeroos in there, because nothing says “I’m sorry for having sex with half the women in America” quite like 300 times more cash than most human beings will ever make in their life. Still, friends don’t think the gesture swayed Elin much. “She’s 100% determined to split with Tiger,” a friend supposedly told News of the World. “When she boasted of the $300 million Christmas gift and then laughed, it was clear to everyone around her that she’s more focused than ever about moving on with her life.” While Elin skied the French Alps over the holiday with the kidlets, Tiger was ducking paparazzi in New York. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Is Tiger Woods hiding from the public eye because Elin Nordegren busted him in the face so bad with a golf club that he had to fly to Phoenix for plastic surgery?
That’s what a letter posted on the gossip blog Hollywood Interrupted is claiming. On Friday, Tiger Woods announced on his website that he would be taking an indefinite break from golf so that he could focus on saving his marriage after being busted for many, many infidelities. His wife, Elin Nordegren, was photographed this weekend without her wedding ring and, supposedly, the family is fleeing to her native Sweden to get some privacy while they figure out if their union can be repaired. But one thing is clear: Tiger has officially given Elin a “free dick pass,” i.e., the right to cheat on him with whomever she’d like, at least once. I’m just gonna say it. Elin Nordegren needs to pack up her crap — oh wait, she already did that — move out of the house she shares with Tiger Woods and not take a penny of his “please stay with me, baby” money. She can get what she is owed for being a loyal, devoted wife to the philandering golfer when she takes him to divorce court. With nine — nine!!! — alleged mistresses now semi-accounted for, Tiger seems more focused on beating Wilt Chamberlain’s record for infidelity than he is on improving his golf game. I don’t foresee how it’s possible for Nordegren to ever trust her husband again, and raising children in a house where the trust is gone is no good for the kiddies, amiright? We already suggested some possible rebounds for Elin, should she take my advice and get the hell out of the Tiger Cage, but what about Woods? He must be itching to tap some hot cocktail waitress ass right about now.
