Sculptor Daniel Edwards is on a serious Angelina Jolie kick. In August, he unveiled his sculpture of Angie breastfeeding on a park bench. And now he’s done this piece of Brad and Angelina getting it on. Sprinkled into the plaster are crushed wine glasses that the couple drank from on the anniversary of their meeting on the set of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith.” Some looney toons woman commissioned this sculpture to hang from the ceiling of her bedroom to bring her “sexual healing.” Good idea? A Sculpture Of Angelina Breastfeeding, Plus Other Odd Celebrity Artworks

Controversial celebrity sculptor Daniel Edwards has unveiled his latest work: a park-bench-sized statue of Angelina Jolie in the nude, double breastfeeding her twins. This artistic work of public indecency (she’s not wearing pants!) is called “Landmark for Breastfeeding” and was inspired by Jolie’s cover photograph on W magazine last year. Edwards decided that, in order to encourage more women to breastfeed and to raise global awareness of public nursing, he would depict one twin as African-American and the other as not, since that could totally happen in the real world. Beginning September 11, at Mainsite Contemporary Art Museum in Norman, Oklahoma, the piece will be on display, before it’s whisked off to an exhibition in London. [Capla Kesting Fine Art]

OctoMom Gets Her Grip On Art World

The OctoMom, Nadya Suleman, has created a lot of drama, condom use, and diaper sales, but now she’s also inspired art! Daniel Edwards, best known for his sculptures of Britney Spears giving birth doggy style on a bear skin rug and Paris Hilton’s anointed autopsy with dog Tinkerbell pawing her body, has taken another pop culture icon, the OctoMom, and made her even more plastic. Pepto Bismol pink String Of Babies has Nadya Suleman wrapping her tentacles around eight baby heads and one giant phallic baby bottle. But we all know, she’s really got a hold on the media!
