Sure, Penn Badgley of “Gossip Girl” has always been hot, but he wasn’t really on my radar until I found out that he wooed girlfriend Blake Lively with his kitchen skillz. How can you ever get mad at a man who knows that Thai food is the way to a woman’s heart?  Now that’s something worth swooning over. Confession: my lifelong dream is to marry a chef ... or, at least, a guy who will cook for me. Food and men are my two favorite things, so why not combine them?
