How To Prepare The Perfect Cheese Board

As I’ve mentioned before, my boyfriend Nick is a cheesemonger, which means he spends at least 40 hours a week packaging, preparing, selling, discussing, and sampling cheeses. With the holiday party season just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to combine our talents and force him to help me write a post about cheese on his day off.
