Why, it’s Beyonce, of course. And we basically think she’s fallen off her rocker. I mean when non-celeb-types start coming up with alter-egos, they’re usually deemed insane, and if they commit some heinous crime, then “Law & Order” immortalizes them with a ripped-from-the-headlines episode.
