A Michael Jackson Perfume And Cologne?!?! No!

I have never had a desire to smell like Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, or Mariah Carey—so I know I am not the target market for celebrity perfumes. Celebrity colognes make even less sense to me—I just can’t imagine wanting to smell like George Clooney, Tim McGraw, or Antonio Banderas. Apparently, I don’t know what I am talking about because these things sell like hotcakes. Still, there is one new scent in the works that I don’t think will get such a nice reception on the market: a Michael Jackson scent.

Katy Perry dons a purple and pink spotted latex catsuit complete with tail, black platform stilettos, and a cat mask for her first Purr fragrance ad, which was shot by Miles Aldridge.   • A Michael Jackson movie has been confirmed. According to the contract, the film must be PG and must not “present Michael Jackson in a negative light.” [Us Weekly] — Why not watch “Moonwalker” if the biopic is going to be fantasy?
  • Hillary Clinton spent the day in Congo, promoting democracy and fighting sexual assault. She will be spending the next 11 days visiting countries throughout Africa, raising awareness about sex crimes. [CBS]
