Spain has a female Defense Minister for the first time EVER. Not only is Carme Chacon 37 years old and totally cute, but she’s also pregnant (gasp!). Major props to Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero for selecting her and the eight other women who now fill the 17-person cabinet.
