“I was lawyering the shit out of the situation. I was like, ‘You know what? Will you just come here and fuck me?’ And he was like, ‘Wha-wha-what?’ I was like, ‘Yeah! I’m done fighting. Just come here and fuck me — that’s all this is about.’ He was like, ‘OK!’”
--Pink, on how she ended a six-hour fight with husband Carey Hart by changing her mind and opting for sex instead. She later goes on to explain in her Advocate interview that the fighting happens because”It’s usually that you feel vulnerable, that you feel powerless, that you feel out of control, that you feel scared,” she explains. “I’m a pit bull, but I’m a toothless pit bull. I will totally attack, but I just really wanted you to rub my tummy. Why when I bite you do you not understand that I just want you to rub my tummy?” [The Advocate]
Chris Brown still has a lot of fans … but Pink and Carey Hart aren’t two of them. The couple was tweeting up a storm while watching the Billboard Music Awards together on Sunday night, and when Brown came on to “sing” ”Turn Up the Music,” they didn’t hold back.
“One day if i lipsync, i hope i do it as well as him…” Pink tweeted, referencing the fact that Brown was clearly not singing live during his performance.
Hart jumped in as well, adding “Im pretty sure i saw my wife did that same performance, but she was 3 months pregnant and actually sang the song.” Read more…
Earlier this week, Pink released the first photo of her daughter, Willow Sage Hart (still such a kickass name, right?). It was and still is super cute, as you can see above, and it melted all our hearts. And then, last night, Pink posted a note on her site explaining why she released the picture, and I thought it was just wonderful, and by far the best response to paparazzi attacks I’ve ever heard.
It’s kind of long, so you can go ahead and jump on through to read the whole thing, but I strongly suggest that you do. If you don’t, just know that she’s donating all the money she gets from that little family portrait up there to charity and that Carey Hart has been pooped on. Do you love it or what? Over the last 12 months, we’ve cheered from the sidelines as our favorite stars fell in love, got engaged and got married. “My dad’s name is James, and my brother’s name is Jason. [Carey and I] are both Irish, Carey’s middle name is Jason, [and] Jameson — we like whiskey. That’s a no brainer.”
– Pink explains why she and husband Carey Hart would name a baby boy “Jameson.” Only one problem — her doc thinks she’s expecting a girl. Jamesina? Jamesonetta? Stop me. [People] Keep reading »
Congrats are allegedly in order for pop singer Pink. According to Us Weekly (which, in my opinion, is right about 95.6 percent of the time), she and husband Carey Hart are expecting a baby! Pink — who was born Alecia Moore — and Hart married in 2006 and then took a wee break in 2008, inspiring Pink to write the breakup song “So What.” However, they reunited and according to the source who spilled the juicy deets to Us, “She’s really happy, and she’s excited she got pregnant so fast! She’ll be a brilliant mother.” Though Pink and Hart haven’t confirmed she’s with child, the mag says she’s planning on taking a break from touring, which is probs a good idea, considering her live show involves her flying high above the audience supported only by silk scarves. Anyhoo, mazel tov! [Us Weekly] Keep reading »
With a title like “Please Don’t Leave Me,” you’d think the video would be about that part of the breakup when you’d give both your pinky toes not to get dumped. But no, Pink took the midget-on-a-playground route. Love the silent film look and the cameo by her real-life boo, Carey Hart; confused by … everything else. Points for originality, I guess? “I’m so dramatic…and in the past, I’ve been really mean. Carey sat me down one day when we were fighting and said, ‘Baby, when you call me names, it hurts my feelings. Please try to stop.” And I was like ‘Wow, thank you for telling me how you feel.’ Now I fight fair.”
– Pink, who split from and then got back together with husband Carey Hart, in the June issue of Cosmopolitan

“When I met Carey, I was an abused puppy in the corner, ready to bite anyone who put their hand out. He was the first man I was with who allowed me to take a deep breath and close my eyes and fall backwards. [...] My heart was like this clenched fist. And even after he broke my heart, still, I had two bigger halves. I have more capacity to love and be loved.”
