Pink Explains Why You Don’t Need To Take Pictures Of Her Baby

Earlier this week, Pink released the first photo of her daughter, Willow Sage Hart (still such a kickass name, right?). It was and still is super cute, as you can see above, and it melted all our hearts. And then, last night, Pink posted a note on her site explaining why she released the picture, and I thought it was just wonderful, and by far the best response to paparazzi attacks I’ve ever heard.

It’s kind of long, so you can go ahead and jump on through to read the whole thing, but I strongly suggest that you do. Congrats are allegedly in order for pop singer Pink. According to Us Weekly (which, in my opinion, is right about 95.6 percent of the time), she and husband Carey Hart are expecting a baby! Pink — who was born Alecia Moore — and Hart married in 2006 and then took a wee break in 2008, inspiring Pink to write the breakup song “So What.” However, they reunited and according to the source who spilled the juicy deets to Us, “She’s really happy, and she’s excited she got pregnant so fast! She’ll be a brilliant mother.” Though Pink and Hart haven’t confirmed she’s with child, the mag says she’s planning on taking a break from touring, which is probs a good idea, considering her live show involves her flying high above the audience supported only by silk scarves.
