Here Are 6 Photos Of Ryan Gosling Walking Through An Airport (Just Because)
Hey, it's The Gos walking through an airport -- plus, his film's trailer! Read More »

Do I really need a reason to post this many photos of Ryan Gosling standing at the press call for his directorial debut, “Lost River,” at the Cannes Film Festival? Dude is like a comet, I can’t be sure when I’m going to see his gorgeous face and muscular arms again, considering he’s been off the grid for awhile now. I need to bask in these Gosling moments, because they are fleeting. I’m sure you understand and support this. Right? BTW, the cast of “Lost River” was there with him — including Christina Hendricks and Matt Smith — but Eva Mendes, his maybe-girlfriend who’s also in the movie, was nowhere to be found. WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?! [Photos: Getty Images]

Creepy Cannes Journalist “Pranks” America Ferrera On The Red Carpet

Creepy Cannes Journalist "Pranks" America Ferrera On The Red Carpet

Ukrainian “journalist” Vitalii Sediuk is at it again. The somewhat notorious prankster — who perhaps most famously planted a kiss on Will Smith at the premiere of “Men In Black 3″ in 2012 — managed to make it onto the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival premiere of “How To Train Your Dragon 2″ and dove headfirst under actress America Ferrera’s white gown as she and her costars posed for photographers. As he was wrestled away by security, Sediuk grabbed onto Ferrera’s foot, clearly catching her off guard. Keep reading »

Where Are All The Women Directors At Cannes? An Infographic Shows Just How Bad It Is

cannes 051414

The Cannes Film Festival begins today in France. Movie stars along the French Riviera sounds lovely, of course. But Cannes, and every other film festival, is always a reminder of women director’s underrepresentation in the movie business. In the past decade at Cannes, there have been several years when ZERO female directors have had a feature film screened — and that’s in pools of, like, 22 competing films. Keep reading »

Au Revoir, Cannes: The Best Hair & Makeup From The 2012 Cannes Film Festival

And just like that, the Cannes Film Festival is over. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t sad, and you’d be lying if you said I wasn’t really lame for feeling that way. Every year, I look so forward to the cutting-edge dresses and the high concentration of preternatural French cool. My years of experience in fashion-crushing have taught me that the old cliche is true, and that it really, truly is the Gallic who have the best style of all. As such, Cannes is known for its high-caliber glamour, and the attendees from across the way are well-suited to do as the natives. We’ve been closely following every look from the 11-day event, and now that it’s come to a close, it’s time to analyze the very best of hair and makeup straight from the shores of the Riviera.

The gossip rags got one thing right: Reese Witherspoon is most definitely pregnant. The radiant star turned up at Cannes on Saturday for the premiere of her film “Mud,” and she looked amazing (like, her top 10 good). The royal blue Versace gown she chose for the occasion was not only gorgeous, but the empire waist was perfectly suited to her enhanced figure — and new cleavage! The fabric fell in tiny accordion pleats to the floor, with a daring (hey, for a pregnant lady) up-to-there slit and elaborate strapping on the back. Perfection! She looked stunning, but also comfortable in the roomy dress, and though hubby Jim Toth was nowhere to be seen, Reese seemed perfectly at ease on the arm of her co-star Matthew McConaughey. I mean, who wouldn’t?

The Good, The Bad & The WTF: The Closing Scenes From Cannes

The Cannes Film Festival ended over the weekend, and it went out with a bang, not with a whimper, if Diane Kruger’s gorgeous Christian Dior dress is any indication. Take a look at Kruger’s full gown, along with what everyone else wore to the festivities, after the jump!

The Good, The Bad & The WTF: amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS Gala

I don’t know what it is about Cannes, but it really forces celebs to step up their game. At the amFAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala earlier this week, Diane Kruger, Petra Nemcova, and uh, Tara Reid turned out to support the charity, and take a turn in some gorgeous gown. Click through to see how they looked!
