After three years on the market, Spelling Manor—”Charlie’s Angels” and “Beverly Hills, 90210” producer Aaron Spelling’s home which daughter Tori Spelling grew up frolicking in—has finally sold. No word on what the final sale price was, but Candy Spelling had listed it at $150 million, making it the most expensive abode in the United States. So what makes Spelling Manor so special?

Well, we can all breathe a sigh of relief. After a several-year estrangement, Tori Spelling and her mother, Candy Spelling, seem to have buried the hatchet and are working on their relationship. Says Candy to Us Weekly:
“We have been communicating. And we’ve taken it to a place that I’m very very pleased with. We’re handling it privately. I’m very happy to say that that’s how we’ll deal with it at this point. I’m so happy. That’s all I want to say about this topic — I’m happy.”
