Selma Blair was spotted at The Gap yesterday with a brand-new haircut. Look quickly and it appears to be a very Anna Wintour-esque bob. But if you look a bit closer, her hair is reminiscent of Agyness Deyn‘s bowl cut, too. I’m nicknaming it the “bowl-bob.” Check out the fringe cut down the front sides; her bangs are gradually blending into the length of her hair with a series of layers or fringe. Feeling her look?
