Brilliant: somebody’s made “Rapelisberger” T-shirts — that would be Ben Roethlisberger, the Pittsburgh Steelers QB who has been accused of sexual assault twice in the past year — with his number “7″ and the phrase “no means no” on the front. The NFL may have only suspended Roethlisberger from six games and ordered him to attend “comprehensive behavioral counseling,” but something tells me a nickname like “Rapelisberger” sticks for life. Ben Roethlisberger Accused Of Sexual Assault, Again

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault — again. According to the gossip blog TMZ.com, “Big Ben” and pals were out on the town drinking in Milledgeville, Georgia, on Friday night when a 20-year-old woman alleged Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her in the bathroom of the club, Capital City. A source at the Milledgeville Police Department says she was allegedly “hysterical” when she arrived with three friends to file a report. She was allegedly treated at a local hospital and released.

However, Roethlisberger hasn’t yet been charged with a crime and his agent, Ryan Tollner, told ProFootballTalk.com that they are “skeptical of motive.” Keep reading »

  • A female construction worker in New York City is suing JP Morgan Chance and others for sexual harassment to the tune of $20 million. She says they did not adequately respond to her when she complained about being groped and propositioned by a coworker. [NY Daily News]
  • The vote on Sonia Sotomayor‘s confirmation to the Supreme Court is expected to take place on July 28, and she would be confirmed shortly afterward. The court is supposed to reconvene in early September. [Washington Post]
