What Recharges Your Batteries?

A hard workout like an intense Bikram yoga session, a challenging run, or pushing my limits at the gym totally gives me a boost of energy.
A great talk with a good friend or family member. Getting stuff of my chest and sharing a laugh gets me back up to to full emotional power.
A day off of work! Whether it's to jet off for a lavish vacation or just to veg on the couch watching re-runs of "90210," a break from the office soothes my spirit animal.
Shopping! There's something about a new pair of shoes that takes my mood up a few notches.
Pamper me, baby. A day at the spa, a mani/pedi, or an awesome massage totally re-invigorates my body and mind.
A romp in the sack -- seriously, getting frisky with a fella makes me feel as good as new.
