Admit it, despite your Grizzly Bear records and your taste for artisanal cheeses, you friggin’ love “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.” Mama June and Alana and Uncle Poodle are seriously addictive, and we are so glad there’s a new season of the show on right now. But TLC, being the little buggers they are, aren’t giving up all the goods — they’ve got a clip from the show under lock and key, and they won’t release it unless the Twitter hashtag #booboosback becomes a thing. Once the container of cheeseballs is filled up, the clip will unlock. You want more Alana, Pumpkin and Chubbs, right? So what are you waiting for — get on ye olde Twitter and work that hashtag magic. It took me all of 10 seconds to fall madly in love with “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” the “Toddlers and Tiaras” spin-off about Alana Thompson, the 6-year-old pageant hopeful known for her one-liners and love of Go-Go-Juice, and her self-described redneck family. While I was already enamored with Alana after seeing her on “Toddlers and Tiaras” last year — for being, essentially, the opposite of everything the pageant world wants their living dolls to be — but “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” sold me on the entire Thompson family. What Alana, June, Sugar Bear, Pumpkin, Chubbs, and Chickadee lack in traditional etiquette and higher education, they make up for in love, acceptance, and family values. Keep reading »
The preview for TLC’s “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” featuring “a dollar makes me holler” Alana and her family, is upon us. We already know the go-go juice guzzling beauty queen and her gaseous mother June from “Toddlers & Tiaras,” but we have much to learn about the rest of her Georgia clan. Here’s what we know so far: They like to jiggle their tummies, are into competitive mud diving, may have a lice infestation, have all their teeth and have names like Sugar Bear, Pumpkin, Chubbs and Chickadee. Oh, and they are NOT rednecks. Or are they? The August 8th premiere can’t come soon enough. Check out the preview after the jump. Keep reading »
After Round One of March Madness, it seems that our fair friend Rush Limbaugh trounced his conservo-pal Kirk Cameron. He beat Cameron in the crazy competition by nearly 6 to 1. Rush’s anti-woman, anti-slut diatribes now go up against our favorite honey boo-boo child, Alana, the Go-Go Juice chugging beauty pageant tyke from “Toddlers and Tiaras.” Rush would no doubt be disgusted by Alana’s antics, and Alana would likely be completely immune to Rush’s taunts (whatever you say about her, she does have insanely high self-esteem). But whose existence is more mind-boggling? More utterly confusing and bewildering? Vote!
Who's The Craziest: Rush Limbaugh Or Alana From "Toddlers And Tiaras"?
- Rush Limbaugh's slut-shaming is the ultimate in crazy talk! (74%, 467 Votes)
- Alana and her go-go juice steamroll the competition! (26%, 165 Votes)

In one corner, there is Alana, the breakout star of this season of “Toddlers and Tiaras.” Alana’s signature phrase is “honey boo boo child,” but she’ll also let you know that “a dollar makes me holler.” Her mom, Coupon Queen June, keep Alana perpetually doped up on a probably-illegal-in-some-states mix of Mountain Dew and Red Bull she calls Go-Go Juice. And Alana will shake her belly for you if you ask. In the other corner, there is MaKenzie, who’s at the top of the child beauty pageant food chain and is obsessed with her pacifier (which she calls her Ni-Ni). Her mother feeds her Pixie Stix to keep her jazzed. Who is the crazier brat? You decide!
Who Is The Crazier Beauty Queen Brat?
- Alana reigns supreme! (60%, 370 Votes)
- MaKenzie, always and forever! (40%, 251 Votes)

“Toddlers & Tiaras” breakout star Alana has made a lot of waves in recent weeks, with her Go-Go Juice pusher mom June, and her totally outrageous personality. So when the Fine Brothers showed a tape of Miss Alana and her mama to a group of jaded teenagers, you can imagine that they were absolutely horrified — in a way that only jaded teens can be. Watch and enjoy their shocked reactions. [YouTube]
Ron-Ron Juice is the creation of “Jersey Shore” meatball Ronnie. Go-Go Juice is the invention of “Coupon Queen” June, mother of “Toddlers and Tiaras” breakout star “Honey Boo-Boo Child” Alana. Both get their users hyped up and ready for the club/pageant stage. Both cause uncontrollable freak outs and grabby hands. But while Go-Go juice relies solely on a heady combo of high fructose corn syrup and caffeine, Ron-Ron juice has an added advantage: maraschino cherries. What, you thought we were going to say vodka, didn’t you?
I’m sorry, I’m sorry for doing this to you. Because once you see something like this, you can’t unsee it. A grown ass woman wearing a child’s pageant costume is a terrible, terrible thing and I’m really, really sorry. But at the same time, I felt duty-bound to let you know that “Coupon Queen” June and daughter Alana will be appearing on “Anderson” in matching outfits. That is all. I simply must commend the wise minds behind “Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers” for concluding that Alana, our latest muse from “Toddlers & Tiaras,” was worthy of appearing on a show with such a name. In the episode airing Feb. 2, Alana shares her love of pageants with Dr. Drew, who also gives her Go Go Juice a try. Honey boo-boo child, I cannot wait for this!
