It was recently divulged that, beginning in 2000, the FBI started investigating Smith after they kept hearing word that she was trying to off her dead husband’s son, E. Pierce Marshall. The two were in a drawn-out legal battle over the dead dude’s estate, which was worth about $550 million in 1992. Smith’s hubby was 89 when they got married and she was 26. He died about a year after the wedding. Sketchy, yes, but in the end, the FBI decided there was “insufficient evidence” against Anna. But they did find out a few head-scratching things ...

Cosby alleged that Howard K. Stern, Smith’s former paramour, had an intimate affair with Larry Birkhead, Smith’s ex. Yesterday, a judge ruled that Stern could move forward with a defamation lawsuit. However, only 11 out of the 19 libelous statements made by Cosby hold weight, ruled Judge Denny Chin. The judge said the references to alleged homosexuality were not inherently defamatory: “I respectfully disagree that the existence of this continued prejudice leads to the conclusion that there is a widespread view of gays and lesbians as contemptible and disgraceful.” [E! Anna Nicole Smith’s life will have to endure one more tragedy: a made for TV movie. The former Playboy Playmate of the Year stripped her way from her humble beginnings in Texas all the way to the top, only to have her memory cheapened with this cheesy impression by Dancing with the “Stars’” Willa Ford. Worse yet, the trailer for her high-maintenance highness’ story looks pathetically low budget, especially for someone worth over $400 million dollars. The slurry superstar deserves better than this!
