Nakey pics of “Milk” screenwriter Dustin Lance Black and his ex-boyfriend engaged in all sorts of positions found their way onto StarzLife.com back in June. But now this site, and the dude who Black claims stole the photos, may have to pay a hefty fee. Black is suing for $3 million smackeroos! He says the use of the pictures is an invasion of his privacy, copyright infringement, and more. Oh yeah, and he’s totally confused because he thought these pics were deleted forever ago?

Congo has a new problem to add to the ever-growing list of atrocities racking the country. According to an article in The New York Times, it is now popular for men to rape other men in an effort to force Congolese communities into submission. Officials from Oxfam, Human Rights Watch, the United Nations, and several Congolese aid organizations say the number of male-on-male rapes has risen sharply as a result of rebel groups seeking revenge for the joint Congo-Rwanda military operations. These armed rebels seek to make civilians do what they want by demoralizing and humiliating them.

These days, everyone and their mother is reading and writing about vampires. And apparently Twilight author Stephenie Meyer and lesser-known scribe Jordan Scott have “similar” vampy storylines. Scott is claiming that Meyer plagiarized main bits of Breaking Dawn from her novel The Nocturne, which was released in 2006. So what’s the beef?

I’m a vegetarian, so it doesn’t take much animal cruelty to get me up in arms. But I always thought places like Sea World were havens for injured animals, which made me fully support them. Well, yesterday, I vowed to never visit another Sea World again after seeing the documentary “The Cove.” I feel tricked and lied to by all of the aquariums I’ve visited. We’ve never heard of this website AlaskaReport.com, so when they posted on Saturday that Sarah and Todd Palin were on the train bound for Divorceville, we didn’t know what to think. The site claimed that marriage issues were what led Sarah to make her abrupt exit as governor, and that Alaska’s first couple barely spoke before or after Sarah’s resignation speech last weekend. They also claimed that a Palin staffer confirmed the couple was dunzo, and that Sarah had stopped wearing her wedding ring. Oh, and that Sarah had bought some land in Montana, where she’s considering moving with the kids. [Alaska Report]

It took less than a few hours for the Palin camp to chime in. A spokesman posted a message on Sarah’s Facebook account saying, “Yet again, some so-called journalists have decided to make up a story. There is no truth to the recent ‘story’ (and story is the correct term for this type of fiction) that the Palins are divorcing,” read the post. “The Palins remain married [and] committed to each other and their family.” [New York Daily News]

Last summer, photography mastermind Annie Leibovitz was strapped for cash, so she took out a $24 million loan from a finance company called Art Capital Group. Supposedly, for collateral on the loan, she used all her photos and her homes Manhattan and Upstate New York. Well, Art Capital Group is claiming that Annie is in breach of contract, and filed a lawsuit this week demanding that Annie let appraisers into her homes so they can estimate the value and start selling everything off. Meanwhile, Annie says this is BS. [NY Times]

The Sun-Sentinal has eight minutes of raw footage that shows four Hollywood cops conspiring to frame a drunk woman after they rear-ended her car. Watch it here. In February, 11-year police veteran Joel Francisco crashed his police cruiser into Alexandra Torrensvilas’ car while she was stopped at a traffic light. Some other crooked cops showed up and they all decided to fabricate a report so the accident looked like it was the Alexandra’s fault.

Russian airline Aeroflot, which is known for its sketchy planes, disgusting food, and bad service, is getting a makeover. At least, their flight attendants are. The company’s new boss said he is only going to hire “very eye-catching girls.” Also, women who are larger than a size 10 need not apply. [Daily Mail]

There’s something very fishy going on in “Twilight” land. Rachelle Lefevre, who played evil vampire Victoria in the first two flicks, has been replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard (aka, Ron Howard’s daughter) in the third film, “Eclipse.” Coincidentally, the third movie is when Victoria gets the most screen time. Summit Entertainment, the studio behind the film, said they recast the role due to “scheduling conflicts” with Lefevre’s much smaller indie flick, “Barney’s Version,” starring Dustin Hoffman and Paul Giamatti. But Lefevre begs to differ about the conflict.

On Monday, eight-months-pregnant Darlene Haynes of Massachusetts was found dead in her bedroom, her unborn baby cut from her womb. Amazingly, this tragic murder has a silver lining: Darlene’s baby girl has been found alive. Police found the baby with one of Darlene’s friends, Julie A. Corey, in New Hampshire yesterday. When some of Darlene’s friends heard about the grisly murder, they tipped off authorities that they had seen Corey shortly before, carrying around a newborn girl. Corey claimed she had recently given birth, “sometime” between July 23th and 24th, and couldn’t remember the name of the Massachusetts hospital where she’d had the baby. Corey is currently charged with being a fugitive from justice, but something tells me that in the end she’ll be charged with something much stronger. Police are currently investigating what happened in this heinous crime. The most important part is that Darlene’s baby girl is healthy and getting proper medical attention. [CNN]

What’s up with the brothers in this whole “Jon & Kate Plus 8” affair? First, Deanna Hummel’s brother told the tabloids that he’d heard his sister having sex with Jon Gosselin. Now, Kate Gosselin’s brother, and her sister-in-law, have spilled the beans that the couple supposedly has a marriage contract. These turncoats are saying that Kate gave the contract to Jon, told him their relationship was over, and explained that if he fulfills his obligations to the show, on certain days he has complete freedom to “have girlfriends” and “do his own thing.” More after the jump ...
