Ahh, Glastonbury, the ultimate U.K. musical festival where regular folk hobnob with Kate Moss and risk getting punched in the face by Amy Winehouse. How we wish we could have gone and hung out this past weekend, checking out performances by everyone from Duffy to Jay-Z. I love going sleeveless during the summer because then I know I won’t get an ugly t-shirt tan. How do guys deal with that anyway? Obviously, we’re against tank tops on dudes, but I realize how unfair that is, given the whole farmer tan business. Well whatever. After the jump we’ve picked out nine sleeveless shirts that we think are cute. Some of them are dirt cheap, others are so expensive only Mariah Carey could afford them.

Maybe we were a little hard on the fellas yesterday, with our slideshow of fashion trends we hate for them to wear…but you gotta admit, you agreed with us at least on the mandles, right? Anyway, in the interest of preserving the peace between The Frisky and, uh, mankind, we’ve put together a slideshow of men’s fashion trends we totally approve of. Feel free to take notes.

Guys might complain about some of the fashion trends we follow. This year’s gladiator sandals and last year’s voluminous baby doll dresses are two cases in point. They just don’t seem to get it. Well, with summer in full swing, we’ve started noticing some terrible trends that don’t even have a basis in fashion, from what we can tell. Who said mandals were hot? I blame Gwyneth Paltrow circa 1997 for why I do not have the balls to cut my hair. Back during my senior year of high school, when I was zitty and spectacled and decidedly not cute, I decided it would do much for my self-esteem to chop my hair off like the then-girlfriend of Brad Pitt. You remember the cut right? I think it was bigger than The Rachel.

Dude, I love the Daytime Emmys. There is so much glitter and beading and cleavage, it’s not even funny. Soap stars have the most flamboyant style in Hollywood, like they don’t learn to tone it down until they land their first sitcom deal or movie role. I burn easily and absolutely must wear a hat when I go to the beach. While I usually don the baseball cap I’ve had for about eight years (perfectly broken in and also a little smelly), I think a straw hat would look a lot more sophisticated. And who knew they came in so many flavors!? Here are 10 of my favorites.

PETA announced today the winners of their annual sexiest vegetarian celebrities online vote, and singer Leona Lewis and the Red Hot Chili Pepper’s Anthony Kiedis were the winners. Now, I’m a vegetarian and find myself very annoying. I worry about my friends always have to think, “Is there anything for Catherine to eat here?” when deciding on a place for dinner, and that makes me feel bad. If I were a celebrity, though, all of my friends would be vegetarians. Seriously. The list of female actresses in the running for the sexiest vegetarian award included 90 names. So, last night I went home, took my dog for a pathetic 30 minute run, came home and made leftover tacos for dinner, and watched another thrilling episode of Hell’s Kitchen. The ten celebrity ladies after the jump had almost as awesome a night as I did—they were either dressed to the nines at the Crystal & Lucy Awards in LA or at the Whitney Art Party in New York. I am not jealous in the slightest.

I was reading this great little blog on Tumblr called Oh, One More Thing, and was inspired by the writer’s love of peacock feathers to do a slideshow of all peacock clothes, accessories, and gifts.
