Bio

My name is Becky. I'm a student. My favorite color is purple. I'm 6'1" barefoot. I'm a libertarian and an atheist. I have a twin brother and an Icelandic boyfriend. I never seed my torrents as long as I should. My cat purrs when she eats.

Personal Info

Interests Kicking ass, taking names.
Activities

Eating cake, prowling thrift stores for cheap dresses, ripping all my pantyhose, trying not to cry when I see old couples holding hands. I’d say going to class, but who am I kidding.

Fave Designers

Betsy Johnson, Hermes

Fave Stores

Forever 21, Pitaya, The Gap, New York & Company

Fave Websites

Jezebel, XKCD, Dinosaur Comics, Dlisted, Weardrobe, Facehunter, The Sartorialist, Wondermark, McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, Four Four

Fave Music http://www.last.fm/user/rlg918
Fave TV Shows

Nip/Tuck, Dexter, Top Chef, Arrested Development

Fave Movies

More than I could possibly list. Generally, I avoid the mediocre, and am only really enthralled by the unbelievably good (see: Pulp Fiction), and the mind-bogglingly bad (see: Marci X).

Fave Magazines

Missbehave (RIP) and Cosmo, because I like that almost every month they tell me that I should probably stick a finger up my boyfriend’s butt. I find any publication that advocates that to be just charming.

Fave Books

A Tree Grows In Brooklyn, A Heartbreaking Work Of Staggering Genius, Atlas Shrugged. Many more. I also LOVE chick lit, but don’t let myself read it very often because I can’t shake the guilt knowing that I could be reading something so much better.

Fave Quotes

“I ask them if they believe in God. And if they say they do—then, I know they don’t believe in life. Why? Because, you see, God—whatever anyone chooses to call God—is one’s highest conception of the highest possible. And whoever places his highest conception above his own possibility thinks very little of himself and his life. It’s a rare gift, you know, to feel reverence for your own life and to want the best, the greatest, the highest possible, here, now, for your very own. To imagine a heaven and then not to dream of it, but to demand it.”
