One of the frustrating things about throwing yourself into the dating pool is missed connections. How many cute guys have you had a conversation with at a bar or party that's ended up going nowhere? Some women rely on handing out their business cards as a way of avoiding the missed connection situation. Yet, with this action comes a lot of controversy. Classy vs. cheesy? Is it unprofessional to give out your work info, or just a good way for the guy to remember your name so he can look up your Facebook? Is it too direct, or sexily direct? And, does it even work?!
Tell us if (and how) you use your biz cards in your dating life!
Do you give out your business card to guys you're interested in?

#5 hit me, sometimes folks are shy about where they work until they know what kind of person you are… say, if one works at Planned Parenthood and the guy is a moralist from the Bible Belt! I got a card from a woman that was her sideline home biz that was kinda cryptic, “Boston Business Solutions and Communication Exports” or something that sounded like a CIA front!
I was intrigued so it worked.
