So wait… you’re telling Kate to “stop trying to become a famous writer/designer/cook and just take care of your kids until [she] and Jon have figured things out” after just finished writing that this is exactly what she is doing. Usually when you tell people what to do, it’s because you want them to do something DIFFERENT than what they are currently doing.

Kate designing kids clothes? What a joke! Everything her kids wear are freebies. And a while back Jon took Kate shopping to pick out outfits because she had “no taste” in clothes. She’s just looking for another way to cash in big time. Those poor kids are a cash crop for two very self-centered parents. Both J and K turned out to be big losers. Their kids deserve better! Doing a good job raising kids is not all about money!

Obviously halkter, you are not up to speed on J&K.  He is in St. Tropez with Ed Hardy designer negotiating a deal to design children’s clothing.  Don’t you remember when Jon used to pick out all Kate’s clothing because she “couldn’t put anything together.”  Now all of a sudden she’s a designer.  Just because you have 8 kids doesn’t make you an expert on childrearing, cooking, or anything else.  Women have been doing it all for thousands of years.  I don’t think she’s made 1 thing on the show, crafts or otherwise, that hasn’t been made before.  As for her books, I perused them in the bookstore, I wouldn’t pay 1.00 at a garage sale.  All Kate is after is making money, period.  Why doesn’t she use her nursing degree and go back to work, now that would be newsworthy.  Unfortunately, Kate burned her bridges with family and friends and now that she needs support, all she has to talk to are the hired help.  We reep what we sow.

hello people, while jon is in rio who is home taking care of the kids?  we all know it’s not him.  wonder how the girlfriend would look with eight kids tagging along.  twenty-two years old and hooking up with a guy with EIGHT KIDS.  CAN U SAY PACKAGE DEAL?  the draw for jon and kate was that THEY were cute together and we all thought they had it all figured out, guess not.  jon should have put his big girl panties on and been a man, he should have stood up to kate when she got bitchy, she acted like the one in charge because he wouldn’t.  having kids is ALOT of work and it’s a life long commitment.  kate had 8 kids not 9.  lets hope for the sake of the kids their parents decide to grow up and put them first instead of making money off them, get your affairs and family in order before you make more deals you cant keep.

kate in my seeing it is the one who has stepped up to the plate to raise those kids. while jon is out having his mid life crisis. this is not about jon or kate its about those 8 inocent kids who are stuck in a mess . but i dont look at jon as i did. i think he just wants to party it up regardless of who he hurts. and i think kate should restrict his visitation he dont deserve to have things given so freely.

Sorry this is so long, but, I just could not stop and I could have gone on and on some more.

As most viewers of the show, I am extremely upset by the actions of both parents.  As usual with Kate, it is all about “Kate”.  Every time she speaks out regarding any topic, it is ALWAYS something that is referring to her, except, when she is being sarcastic about Jon.  When the show began, she made a point of saying that she quit her job as a Nurse so that she could STAY AT HOME WITH THE KIDS.  What happened to that commitment?  She made another comment on one of the most recent shows from the couch that her book writing, etc, she now considers her job.  What about the kids?  Kate was always a very domineering woman and I believe that was because she had low self esteem about her looks, (I think she was always a cute looking woman).  She had Jon pick out her clothes and dress her, and she said to him that that is what husbands do, I don’t know of any husbands who dress their wives, wives dress husband, yes.  Kate totally changed regarding her low self esteem right after her tummy tuck, and boy did she change.  Now, everything is all about her, I can’t believe the TOTAL self-centeredness that she is now displaying.  She has been so domineering through out the entire show, I believe her motto should be “My way or the highway”. I am surprised that Jon has stayed with her as long as he did.  She is so OCD about a lot of things, that she truly needs help.  What mother is so anal regarding their children getting dirty?  One of the saddest shows, I believe it was when they went to the farm/meat farm to get the side of beef and the kids all got out of the car and were told to go play, they all just stuck together and did not know what to do.  It was so sad.  If one or two of the kids gets dirty, and whoever does the laundry, cannot get out one or more of the stains, so what.  I don’t see why they always need to be wearing matching outfits.  What is wrong with some of them wearing a different shirt or pants because their matching ones have a stain.  I don’t know of to many stains that you would throw the clothing away because you could not get the stain out.  Kate, for some reason, needs to always put dressy clothes on the kids when they are going somewhere that is a place where the kids can play and have fun, but, no they might get dirty.  Jon has the right idea about their outfits when he said, they are going to get dirty, they are kids. 
Another thing that I cannot is the way Kevin and Jodie have been treated.  God bless Jody, it was nothing for her to agree to watching all eight children at various times so that Jon & Kate could do some things.  I believe it was when Jon got his hair transplant that Jodie & Kevin had the kids along with their own, and most of them were sick.  I do think that the transplant should have been re-scheduled at least until the kids were all well.  How are they thanked?, they are no longer on the show because they had the audacity to ask for a few dollars for their appearances.  They should have been offered a contract and a FEE from the beginning.  They are two great people and they WERE two great friends as well as relatives.  The loss of their relationship/FRIENDSHIP to Jon and Kate is another of the tragedies in this messed up disaster.  The children are unfortunately the pawns in this money making show and I believe the show should be cancelled for the sake of the children.  Can you imagine what it is going to be like for Cara and Mady when they return to school in the fall?  They are at the age where some of their classmates are certainly going to have something to say that will be hurtful.  Mady already has some SERIOUS problems and I just hope this does not push her over the edge.  Cara is such a quiet little one, but, the problem with that is you never know what she is thinking.  Even the little ones, God bless them, are going to run into some problems when they return to school also as their classmates are going to repeat some of the things they have heard at their homes. I could go on and on, but, I will stop with this one last thing, TO ANYONE READING THIS, PLEASE KEEP THE EIGHT CHILDREN IN YOUR MINDS AND HEARTS AS THEY ARE GOING TO NEED ALL OF OUR GOOD THOUGHTS AND PRAYER.
