Whitney Port Arrives In New York

Whitney Port, formerly of “The Hills,” moved to New York a couple months ago to work for designer Diane von Furstenburg. Come Dec. 29, she’s back on MTV in “The City,” which is “The Hills” on the other coast. We hope this doesn’t ruin Whitney for us. She always seemed like the smartest, most-together cast member on “The Hills.” From the short preview above, it seems that Whitney will hang with socialite Olivia Palermo and be fought over by two cute boys. This crap is just as fake as The Hills and I seriously hope I NEVER have to see it being filmed in my own city. At least Whitney is the most tolerable of the crew.

I’m so excited for this show. Whitney was pretty boring on “The Hills” so I’m looking forward to getting to know her on “The City”. She always seemed much more mature than the LC crowd, which might explain why she actually worked at times.
