10 Crazy Trends To Avoid This SpringUpdate your wardrobe for the season and avoiding tricky trends that will just end up taking more space up in your closet.
after looking at about a thousand dresses in the past few months, i wouldn’t consider any of these. they’re unique…if you’re walking down the red carpet or up the stairs to bed. but down the aisle? nah.
I like the Lily gown because it’s totally 1950’s, but mostly these look boring and overpriced. That first Vera Wang looks like the girl went to the bathroom and got her dress caught in her pantyhose!
I really like 9. Not that I’m anywhere near (or want to be) getting married but I’m already thinking of how awesomely challenging its going to be to find a wedding gown long enough. Oh, the joys of being freakishly tall.
@ootie - you will be happy to know that there are a TON of dresses right now with pockets. I’m currently looking. (And um…none of these would get tried on…sorry. Ok - maybe the Lily dress…)
But remember - your bridesmaids will hold your chapstick.

I don’t think chic is the word for some of these dresses. Yuck to most of them.

I think the Tadashi Chiffon Gown is very pretty. Good for a spring or summer wedding.

Is it just me? JCrew - is it really too much work to iron your “super limited” edition wedding dress? ugh. Not a fan.

I love dresses 9 and 6. I’ve been told to expect an engagement ring here pretty soon so I bookmarked them just in case. :D

Another fan of the Vivienne Westwood gown, and the one by Laundry(?). But the others didn’t look like wedding gowns.
