Was Ashlee Simpson Tipsy On “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon”?

Ashlee Simpson was a guest on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” Thursday. She was there to talk all about the new “Melrose Place. While watching her give very little info about the show and hearing her very annoying chuckles, I couldn’t help but notice she seemed a little loopy. OK, so the taping could have gone a little long, but she could have also enjoyed the backstage refreshments a little too much. I don’t know. What do you think?
