TLC’s Chilli Needs A Boyfriend

You may remember Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas from her days as one-third of the Grammy Award-winning group TLC. We haven’t heard much from Chilli since the group fizzled after the death of member Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes. Now we’ve caught wind of a VH1 casting call for “Atlanta’s hottest men to compete for a chance at romancing Chilli.” Seriously, is the dating scene in Atlanta that pitiful that Chilli has to humiliate herself on reality TV? More after the jump.
I watched Chilli try her hand at reality TV with “R U the Girl,” another competition show where the grand prize was a chance to record a song and perform in concert with the surviving group members of TLC. And the fact of the matter is Chilli just isn’t that interesting. Sure, she had a much-publicized romance with Usher, making her the envy of millions of women (myself not included), but I doubt anyone cares who Chilli dates now. Plus, this would forever put her on a par with the likes of Flavor Flav, Tiffany “New York” Pollard, Bret Michaels, and all the skeevy, fame whores that compete for “love” on VH1. I suspect that Chilli is delving into reality TV again in order to promote her much-delayed solo album, but, newsflash, no one is eagerly awaiting it. I say, save your dignity, Chilli.

Are you serious? The thought of Chilli on reality television OR releasing a solo album is funny. It’s as funny as her baby daddy, Dallas Austin, producing an album for Kim from ATL Housewives. Perhaps they should get together again and try for their own reality show. What happened to her handbag line?

Chilli is gorgoues…why people gotta hate on what she’s doing..I’m personally gonna try out to be on the show…I’ve always had a crush on Chilli since WAY back in the day…lol…when she was with usher…like women were jealous of her cuz they wanted usher…i was jealous of him, cuz I think she’s AMAZING…CHILLI do your thang..and PICK ME! lol…

No matter what Chilli does I support her 100%, and true fans will be by her side no matter what, and Chilli ain’t like New York or any one that’s like her. Chilli is sweet and carry her self well. and you there’s not a lot of good men that’s single, and for those who don’t like Chilli or don’t support her, than why are you waisting your time writing comments. Its her life and let her live her life the way she wants to, it’s not affecting you so why worry about it. She got my support and that all that matters to me
