I find fake breasts disgusting most of the time, especially the ones that look like they’re about to burst out of the woman’s chest and tear her skin all the way up to her clavicle in the process. But then I found out my best friend from college had them, and I had no idea! I just thought she had a great rack! Still, I’ve often wondered what guys really think of silicone and saline and what have you—so I asked a plethora of guys on my IM and lo and behold, all of them had such fascinating answers. I think if a woman wants to have breast implants then go for it! We live in a time where you can fix almost anything that you don’t like about yourself and why shouldn’t you if you want to? I don’t think you should get boob implants to please a man, but if you want them to please yourself then more power to you. My best friend and I have a pact to get boob lifts at 30 and my husband agreed to pay for mine. Loves it!

I just came back from Miami where I saw a lot of fake boobs. Basically, they look great in clothing (I’m counting bikinis and bras as clothing) and wonky when nude (unless air-brushed). They’ll look better if the surgeon cuts underneath the breast because the implant will hang over the scar, but if the surgeon cuts around the nipple the breasts will always look horribly mutilated.
