This Trio Pan May Save My Year

One of my new year’s resolutions for 2009 was to cook at least two new recipes each month, and now that we’re heading into October, I have, oh, about 15 recipes I need to quickly make up for. No problem — with this specialty trio pan I can cook three dishes at once, so if I figure I can use it once or twice a week and be back on track by November. Or ... I can save it for the last two weeks of December and cram in 20 new dishes, which is probably what I’m going to do! Anyone have a good recipe (or 8) for lasagna? [$29.99, Amazon]

@CheeeeeEEEEEEse This is pointing out the obvious perhaps, but all three dishes need to bake for the same time. Lasagne needs a lot longer than cake or brownies.

@Spatula: Potheads don’t bake…well not in the sense of this argument.

@everyone else: It’s still do-able. Pull lasagna out add brownie/cake mix. I think brownies are at 350, but with this longer log shape it may need 375.

This pan would be good for people who have a small oven.

@CheeeeEEEEse: I hate to break it to you but some of the biggest Pot heads I know bake and not just brownies, hehe. Hey the get jacked up with they get I (don’t get that put have quite a few friends who do) and they get munchies so they just start baking… They just can’t forget the timer
