As a former Johnny Depp obsessed freak, I can tell you that that picture is not current. That’s kind of weird that they’d use an old pic for the cover. But I’m not complaining. He’s so fine.

@Ami: He got into human cloning decades ago, funding it with his 21 Jump Street cash.  Every year, a new clone is started, and every year, a 10-year-old grown clone (they age three times as fast because they’re kept under grow-lamps the whole time) takes over for the then-current Johnny, who retires to his private island and joins the rest of them (not unlike the Dread Pirate Roberts).

Thus, he actually ages, but you never see it. At some point, though, the guy who did The Cove will sneak onto the island and film it all, releasing The Johnnies Depp to a shocked world.

Well, most people will be shocked. But not those who read this column.
