Most of us, upon the arrival of the new year, swear to begin a nutritional regimen Madonna would of and take up jazzer-yoga-lates or some other new fangled workout routine. Man, I don’t think I need to give myself free reign like that. Last night I wanted a brownie - so I ended up with a huge piece of chocolate cake, which I covered in chocolate syrup, strawberries, and whipped cream. And I’d do that every night if I didn’t think I’d be busting out of my jeans!

Sadly, for us in the southern hemisphere, after all those holidays and tons of food, comes summer with all it’s swimsuit greatness!
