What Editors, Models, And Designers Are Gettin’ Drunk On During Fashion Week

So, the editors don’t actually have time to stop and sip them, but all kinds of somehow-got-in-the-door-but-why-are-they-here? types in the tents are swilling free booze in between doing whatever it is they’re doing in there. What are they drinking? We know we’ve spotted Moet here and there, but the harder stuff is Akvinta Vodka, the official sponsor of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. The cocktail they’re serving is called the “Gold Cooler” and it actually sounds really good. Just for fun—it’s always happy hour somewhere!—we thought we’d share the recipe, after the jump.

Start with a good measure of Akvinta Vodka, lengthen with fresh apple cider, and serve as a long drink:

1 oz. Akvinta® Vodka

3 oz. Unfiltered Apple Juice, or apple cider

Build over cubed ice; garnish with a dusting of cinnamon, a slice of red apple & a wedge of lemon. Serve with a straw.
