Shoe company Johnston & Murphy removed a poster featuring David Duchovny from its New York City store window. The company’s corporate office instructed the store to take it down (following Duchovny’s admission that he was checking himself into rehab for sex addiction). [NY Post]

i think that’s sad of johnston & murphy. people have problems and addictions, it doesn’t make him a bad person or a bad actor. that just bothers me. people who do actual bad things are always still prominently displayed in the media.

It´s disgusting what this shoe company is doing. It´s awful.
David Duchovny is one of the most admirable person in the world. His charism, wit and intelligence is amazing. I admire him even more now than before.
David did anything illegal or bad.
We just know is that he has recognized he has a problem and is seeking help for it. To me, that is something to be higly commended.
If this shoe company has pulled this very incredibly, beautifully ad campaign based on this information, they are incredible crazy. There is no bad publicity.
Their lost. I was buying some of that DD´s shoes.
