In case your first sexual experience wasn’t awkward enough, Alina Percea, the 18-year-old who auctioned her virginity on a German website to help pay for college, is dishing all the details of her experience. Proving he’s a real romantic, the 45-year-old Italian businessman whose $13,600 bid won the auction paid to fly Alina to Venice — after she underwent to medical exams to prove her virginity. In Venice, the two toured the city before retiring to a luxury hotel for the main event. “‘We kissed, then undressed each other,’ Alina says. ‘I’d never done that before, so I was nervous. He laid me on the bed and started kissing my body, then we had sex. I was attracted to him, so I enjoyed it, even though it was quite painful.’” The next morning Alina, who, as part of the auction, didn’t use protection, enjoyed breakfast with the winning bidder “like any other couple” and took a morning-after pill. The romance doesn’t stop there, guys! “He told me he’d like to see me again, and I agreed.” Although the money raised fell short of the $75,000 she hoped to earn, she says, “I hope to see the man again. Um… my reaction is still “eww.” It’s weird that she did it and even weirder that she dished about it later. This is just too weird for me to know about.

Wasn’t their someone who was doing the same thing here in the states except her bids were in the millions and the BUnny Ranch was offering up their place as the site of the main event, since, it is in effect, prostitution?

This reeks of a movie to be made.. they have to fall madly in love of course.. or rather the man needs to realize that he has to sweep her off her feet.. don’t think I’ve seen that one before.. hmmm.

my first reaction is “um, disgusting” but honestly…
a) she definitely didn’t ‘give it away fo’ free’
b) it was probably much more romantic than most people’s first times (personally, I had just shared some chili cheese fries with my boy, and family guy was on in the background while the lights were on)
c) she used sex to get ahead, instead of letting it be her emotional downfall
d) the large age gap = experience = better sex than most girls during their first time
but my question is…why did she divulge the details? she probably could have made a bit of pocket change selling her story to a tabloid…if she’s going to be so tackless as sell her virginity online, she might as well do it the right way.

it’s ridiculous that she didn’t insist on a condom. the morning-after pill isn’t 100% effective, and who knows what kind of STDs (including HPV) that she opened herself up to, so to speak.

@um no - Exactly! Yeah so she probably won’t get pregnant because of the pill but she could still get an STD. This is just sad.

@um no: She could have had him submit to STD testing, though some can’t be accurately tested for. The real issue is, no dude is going to put out money like that to do someone with a condom on.

@back: like you said, not all STDs can be found in tests (HPV, for example). and actually, i have a feeling that many men would pay for something like that even if it meant wearing a condom. before this happened, i bet someone out there said, “no dude is going to put out $13,000 to have sex.” well, some men out there will pay for anything.

That is so…weird. While I can understand auctioning off her virginity for money so she can pay for college (not that I would ever do it myself), I cannot fathom agreeing to not use protection. First of all, there’s the obvious problem of getting pregnant. Secondly, you’re having sex with a 45 year-old guy who has had sex many times before. He could easily have an STD if not multiple. GOD.
