I’m down from 1 pack of cigarettes a day to two cigarettes a day. My wife didnt ask me to quit but i had a dream that she contracted throat cancer and i felt just horrible. By next year this time i should be smoke-free.

good job, bogart. my mother had throat cancer and nearly died from it, but i picked up smoking anyway. i am quitting today for her, and i told her so - right after i told her i smoke.
