Incredibly sad and brave, Farrah and Ryan. I must say, this is a much more honest reveal of a celeb’s process of dying… it allows her distanced, but needed contact with fans who share in the support real-time.
You hear too often the standard line of: “We hope for the best, and prepare for the worst.” Or, worse, “He/she is doing fine, responding to treatment.” Then, boom. They’re gone. Very private choice.
