- Nick Cannon took to his Twitter to address the ongoing feud between wife Mariah Carey and Eminem, who’s trying to sell his new album. Nick tweeted several biblical and philosophical quotes about rising above anger. [PopEater]—So this was his punk way of defending his wife, huh? Well at least he didn’t make a dis record in return.
- Kate Major sat down with “E! News” to discuss her relationship with Jon Gosselin and the future she hopes they’ll make together. [E! Online]—I’ll never understand people who discuss a new romance before their love interest is even divorced.
- Jessica Szohr went on a dinner date with Adam Brody from “The O.C.” at Cafeteria in NYC. [Just Jared]
- Lily Allen could be in a world of trouble after she was spotted making out with Peaches Geldof‘s ex-boyfriend, Wade Oates. [OK! UK]
- Despite internet rumors, Jessica Simpson and John Mayer aren’t back together. They just happened to be at Katsuya at the same time Saturday. [OK! Magazine]—She’d be a real ditz to go back to him.
- Several “news outlets” are reporting that Chris Brown and Rihanna are back together. [Media Takeout]—If it is true, I can’t say I’m surprised.

Here’s my two cents on the MC and Eminem feud. Despite all denial and ‘clarifications’ that the stalker dude from Obsessed wasn’t intended to be aimed at Eminem, there’s no doubt that it was. Now, Mariah should’ve been clear-headed enough to realize that this was the outcome to be expected when she provoked someone like Eminem. Since she went ahead and did that anyway, knowing full well it was going to come to this, then why bother with the denial now? This whole thing is just a huge fail on her part. She should’ve either ignored Eminem, or, if she decided to lower herself to his level with the diss, own up to it.
