You wouldn’t want MJ’s kids to be around his dad but you were ok with them being around MJ? Pretty sure Joe didn’t grab his placenta covered just-born baby and run home. The kids are screwed no matter who gets custody.

Perhaps Diana Ross is listed in case MJ’s mother thinks his dad will be there too much? We’ll never know, really, but surely there’ll be a lot of sense in it- I know he was a little irresponsible, but his lawyer wouldn’t have been. Or not, I’m not sure about these things.
