I’m forced to look at ugly shoes every day. I see them walking down the street, sitting down to eat, in class and at the gym. And while the experience is always harrowing, I’m often able to calm down by reminding myself that I probably won’t come across those red patent platforms with their gold laces and faux fur again. Sometimes though, I find no such comfort, knowing all too well that the hideous footwear I’m witnessing is a full-blown trend and won’t be going anywhere any time soon. Because misery loves company, here are seven ugly shoes that should have never, ever been designed…

Confession: I wear granny shoes. And they’re damn comfortable, thank you very much. Tan moccasins, FTW.

The ones on the front page look like wearable dusters.

Pair One: Beware the abominable snow monster!
Every other pair: Ahh! I’m no fashionista but I know better than to choose those!

I admit, I still have a soft spot for lucite heels of any kind. I still have my first pair of heels in the top of my closet.

Thanks for sharing. Now that my eyeballs have been molested by the sight of the most horrible examples of footwear EVER, I just might have nightmares! Again, thank you. ;0P

Those fluffy boots on the first page are what I used to wear years ago when I used to go out raving. Paired with hot pants and tiny tops and lots of coloured beads - aww, such fun back in the day
but yes a bit weird, but that was the Clubland culture…bless, memories! But technically, not even fluffy boots - they went over the top of your trainers…so do they still count?
I agree with the other shoe choices tho - urrrrglee!!

I will still wear my Crocs no matter what… I don’t really care that they are ugly!!
That being said they are extremely comfortable…

I think Crocs are cute on tiny children. But that’s about it.

The furry ones are leg warmers, not boots. But God some of these shoes are atrocious.

uggs is very rich in species. While everyone would like the different style, color, etc.
But when they reference other categories of shoes, many people still choose uggs. For me
personally, I liked ugg boots, and I often buy it.This blog has also written about the
uggs very well. Loving uggs friends can get a lot of help.
