Skeleton Jewelry For The Ghoulish Girl
Have a taste for the strange? Feeling a bit dark? In the mood for something ghoulish yet glittery? Check out this hand-jewelry created by twentysomething-year-old designer Delfina Delettrez Fendi, a fourth-generation member of the Fendi family. For a mere $24,000, you can own this jewel-encrusted piece of wearable art that’s part bracelet, part ring, and part exposed human anatomy. It’s a bit like the unique hand-piece Lorraine Schwartz designed for Beyonce that you can see here, but this one’s more romantic than robotic. Ectoplasmosis observes: “You’ll be the envy of just everyone as you sway to the strains of Sisters of Mercy, twenty-four thousand dollars of jewel encrusted carpals and silver metacarpals shining under the dim, dim lights.” If you could afford it, would you rock it?

Whoever spends 24,000 on that piece of sh*t is a greedy glutonous bastard. Who needs a $24,000 bracelet. Makes me sick.
When are they coming up with a cheap imitation one? lol.

Humble Bee is right about it being a mis-use of money, but it’s still marvellous.

I would totally waer that…I love it because it’s weird. But you know, they can stick that enormous price tag right up their pooper.

Aww, makes me miss my “goth” days. I would’ve definitely gotten one (if it was under $15) back then.

Let wait and see if Forever21 knocks that off for the hipster kids. My inner goth girl adores it the first time when I saw it on Haute Macabre, and I still love it.

If I had that money to spare, I’d be savin’ it anyway because I’m a cheap bastard. But I would totally buy the knockoff

Naa, this design looks like Delfina’s reclaiming Tim Burton’s surplus movie SWAG, who also had a hand in it (get it? hand in… uh, yeah). Anyhoo, if that’s a blood stone, it’s an especially nice touch reminding you of the hemorrhage going in your wallet for paying full sticker.
