If summer is the season for dressing all relaxed in your flip-flops and your muumuus (that might just be me), fall is the time to pull yourself—or at least your clothes—together. Button-up a bit with one of these 10 shirtdresses, which
Annika recommends wearing to a job interview if you work in a field that doesn’t require strict business attire: “It’s a polished style for any situation without looking overdressed,” she advises, and she would know since she’s been hired twice after showing up to an interview in one. Dress your shirtdress up with a pair of
wedges, or keep it laid-back in flats. And if you feel shapeless wearing one, belt it!

The Mona Chambray Dress would make perfect attire for my interview with “Coloniel Times Experience”.

I love shirt dresses. I prefer the more classic ones than some of these but I own several and they are my go-to Friday summer wardrobe.

I heart shirt dresses. Thandie Newton or Audrey Tatou could totally rock this look. Preferably with cute crap on their heads.

I just bought my very first shirt dress today. I’m loving this look.

I’ve been looking for cute shirt dresses to wear to work (mostly). These are cute, but WAY too short for the office let alone the average job interview, hence why I am STILL looking. ugh.

My mom’s got a dark blue denim one from a while back, but it still looks good coupled with some bright red wrist bangles.
