@brian - It’s pretty clear that she’s referring to childbearing and childbirth. This site has already hosted a lengthy debate about what, if anything, defines a slut… but I’m fairly sure if we started that conversation up again, no one would answer “carrying two children in her body for nearly 10 months.”
