A-Rod is a serious man-whore.
Well you’re not found guilty in a civil trial, he was held liable. And in a civil case, the burden of proof is not a beyond a reasonable doubt; it’s the lesser burden of preponderance of the evidence (basically, more probable than not).

I love The Frisky, but REALLY??—“remember OJ was acquitted?” ... perhaps you don’t remember what ACTUALLY happened. The majority-black jury didn’t return a guilty verdict because of previous violence by white LA cops and the fact that the prosecution did an abhorrent job presenting the case. Several of the jurors even admitted that they believed OJ did it, but decided NOT to return a guilty verdict after the trial because of the previous reasons.

Must we have another refill of OJ? The color of money gets the justice in my own LAlaland, period. That’s why Phil Spector was, well, such a specter, until his surprise guilty verdict. But, anyhoo, I doubt OJ’s appreciating the distinctions from where he’s sitting now. And Hulk shouldn’t be saying things others already think. It’s just not *done,* at least, not until after the trial and book deal [tic].

Does anyone really care who Bethenny is dating? much less a desperate lost my wife because I thought I would be with a goldmine like Madonna who used me like a kleenex. Bethenny might be a self appreciating,neurotic,anorexic,housewife,(even though she’s not married) But Kelly is the worst!
