Bristol Palin and OctoMom take note! The UK’s National Health Service is using scare tactics to prevent teen pregnancy. This public service announcement doesn’t make a ton of sense, but it’s disturbing. Screaming children run across a playground, crowd around one girl, and suddenly a baby’s head pops out from between her legs. The camera is “Blair Witch Project” shaky. Now we feel nauseous, thanks to the shaking and the bloody head. [TresSugar]

stoopid. if i were a horny teenager, it wouldn’t deter me in the least. a more effective commercial might feature a nerdy and shy kid buying condoms and saying, “if he can muster the nerve to grab a pack, so can you.” or a girl getting to it with someone of the likes of brad pitt but insisting on a condom: “if she can demand that HE wear one, you can demand that your guy wear one.”
