Typically, you’ll find us Sleeping Beauties dreaming away in our beds wearing tank tops and pajama pants. This wasn’t always the case. When we were little, our mom dressed us in flannel “nighties” when winter came. But then we became moody pre-teens and wouldn’t dare wear nightgowns anymore—they were sooo not cool. Now we think they’re cute again, especially the flirty shorter versions that look like button-down shirts stolen from a boy’s closet. Click through for eight cozy flannel and thermal nightshirts.

My PJ go-to place is Target. Great selection, cheap, long-lasting.

Pardon me, but I firmly believe that anyone who spends $78 on pajamas simply has too much money, and they should give some to me.

dammysiadog I am right there with you on. My PJ’s are old comfy clothes like knit leggings and tanks with a sweater, comfy cute and warm. At one point all that stuff was expensive and then it got down graded several times to pajama wear. I’m not one for spending money on my PJ’s at all.

The only one of these that is reasonably priced is the Walmart one.

@theattack Exactly what I was thinking. I fail to see how these would be any more comfy than my extra-large Zeppelin T-shirt.

i have one that i got from walmart for like… 9 bucks. SUPER comfy and cute. just wish it was a bit longer. but if i get cold i though on some cheap cotton leggings and some slippers. sooo easy to sleep in. and i’m not embarrassed when i have to get up and answer the door or something.

Not a fan of night shirts or gowns or whatever they’re called. Does anyone under 45 seriously wear this crap? Oh besides the Amish and nuns?
Not only does the big baggy unflattering style turn me off, but comfort is an issue too. My legs and feet are always cold and my top half is always too warm, so I usually prefer to wear long johns, leggings, or warm pj pants with a small fitted t-shirt or tank.
