Sure, Penn Badgley of “Gossip Girl” has always been hot, but he wasn’t really on my radar until I found out that he wooed girlfriend Blake Lively with his kitchen skillz. How can you ever get mad at a man who knows that Thai food is the way to a woman’s heart? Now that’s something worth
swooning over. Confession: my lifelong dream is to marry a chef ... or, at least, a guy who will cook for me. Food and men are my two favorite things, so why not combine them? After the jump, some chefs whom I would love to get things cooking with. Bon appétit! [

I am saddened by the absence of Alton Brown. Ultimate nerd girl chef crush. I also love Adam Richman, Chef Duff and Geof from Ace of Cakes. I watch wayyyy too much Food Network.

Anthony Bourdain may be more than twice my age, but the way he eats sheep balls with such wit and insults Rachel Ray at the same time is so attractive to me.

Curtis Stone is my fave. I keep trying to come up with a reason why I need The Take Home Chef to visit me. But I’m a really awesome cook. I also don’t have anyone to cook for, le sigh. I have to say when I get a chance to watch his show he really cracks me up which makes him even sexier to me.

So happy to see that you have Eric Ripert on here; hopefully this time next year I’ll be working at his restaurant. You missed Johnny Iuzzini however, the pastry chef at Jean Georges. So hot!
