My boyfriend and I commented on his jeans and white sneaker combo at the All-Star game. It reminds me of my dad, who is only a couple years older. Don’t change the combo, I think it is endearing. Underneath his superhero-ness Obama is a regular guy wearing his dad jeans and unhip white sneakers while drinking a beer and watching baseball. I think this makes him only more awesome.

@averardoll: Agreed! He has vastly more important things to worry about than where his jeans hit on his waist or how slim the leg is. Way to write an irritatingly shallow article.

In these economy it’s a poor idea to be wearing 7 For All Mankind or Armani jeans. I think it sets a great example to be wearing some dowdy and probably inexpensive jeans.
